What is offered at Think It Through?

1.  Individual Coaching for Life Choices and Change

A unique personal development service that produces new, decisive thinking for individuals at key moments of choice and change, across a broad spectrum that includes

  • people in leadership positions looking for independent thinking in a safe environment
  • those considering major life changes such as starting a new business, or retirement
  • people returning to work after a gap, or redundancy
  • people experiencing overload and seeking new energy and clarity
  • students and graduates considering first jobs and careers
The goal:  to clarify thinking and generate new ideas that work for you

S. Wallace, Investment Analyst: "I would absolutely recommend you have a thinking session with Ruth McCarthy if you have lost direction, are looking for something beyond what you have now or are looking to find greater fulfillment from your work or life.”

 2.  Making Meetings Matter

Group facilitation that transforms business meetings from standard, frequently unsatisfactory (dare we say boring?) events into generative, challenging, productive, even time-efficient occasions.

'The best aspect of this method of holding a meeting was that as we were all assured of 'air time' we all relaxed and listened.  Points of agreement emerged naturally and quickly.  Areas of difference were then considered against a backdrop of broad consensus and everyone being heard.  It was a really good meeting.'

'This is an interesting way of running a meeting.  There's nowhere to hide.'
