What is the Coaching Course?
Beginning with your experience and understanding of the Thinking Partnership Session since completing your open Programme, the Time to Think Coaching Course returns to this in detail during the first two days. Altogether It offers 6 short days online of intensive work in group and in pairs that will take your understanding of Thinking Partnership to a new level of practice and appreciation of this remarkable way of being.
The first 4 days are followed by a month’s interval where you will practice with each other and with clients if appropriate and explore in great depth the ‘Waves and Pauses’ generated by the Thinker in the Session. We notice and discuss every element of the ‘findings’ that have been generated over 40 years by Nancy Kline and the Time to Think Faculty group.
Yyou return to the final 2 days with real-life scenarios and questions to share and develop as part of your learning. We also explore the Spectrum of Independence, and experience the profound Diversity Session, all within the unwavering context (and deepening understanding) of the realities of the 10 Components of the Thinking Environment®.
This is followed by a 6-month Practicum period (with a minimum of 4 hours of personal supervision provided by Ruth). Successful completion of the Practicum leads to your qualification as a TTT Coach and membership of the international TTT Collegiate.
Whether you will be using the powerful Thinking Session as a Business/Executive Coach, as a Personal/ Life Coach or as part of your daily life as a leader, this programme will equip you with powerful, transformative coaching expertise.
