TTT Coaching Course BLENDED, When: 13th/ 14th January in person in Ealing, 10th /11th February Online
Times: In Person: 9:30am – 5:00pm on 13th/ 14th January in Ealing, West London
Online: 10.00 – 3:00pm on 10th/ 11th February and 10.00-1.00 on 27th February to complete the course.
Course Fee: £1,890 included a minimum of 4 hours supervision with Ruth during the Practicum period that follows this course.
NB The Thinking Partnership Programme is the pre-requisite for this qualifying course.

What is the TTT Coaching Course?
Over 5 days, both in person and online, we begin by discovering where you are in your Thinking Partnership experience and practice.
Beginning from the ‘unwavering context’ of the 10 components of the Thinking Environment we set up demonstration sessions in real time, timing out during the Thinker’s ‘waves and pauses’ to notice what they’ve done in their thinking and to discover what question meets their need in that exact moment.
Digging down even further into the subtle ‘findings’ that support the Thinker’s progress towards understanding, decision-making, discovery, strategising – whatever is needed – we work with the demonstrations to notice what’s happening and what’s needed next, making note of all possible outcomes and questions as we go.
Participants will move from their current understanding of the questions and findings to a whole new level of expertise and enthusiasm for this remarkable ‘way of being’ with a client/ Thinker.
Many hours of experiential work is backed up by further theory, the freshest thinking available, and themes and topics that we discuss as they arise naturally over the days.
These include Embracing Difference, the Spectrum of Independence, Contracting for a Thinking Session and other vital subjects for a new or practicing Coach.
The final day is followed by 6 months ‘in practicum’ working with 2 pro-bono clients for 4-6 sessions each, in supervison with Ruth, in order to qualify as a TTT Coach and join the Time to Think International Collegiate.
