Press Pause: Time for Reflection, and What’s Next?
How often do we advise others to take time out for themselves? And how often do we do choose or manage that for ourselves?
Thinking time is an essential resource, a powerful, vital part of our wellbeing at any time, and particularly now.
These Press Pause sessions are designed for no more than 6 people so that we can quickly build trust and connection in a small group before dividing into Pairs for some deep, reflective time for our individual thinking.
Together we co-create a calm, clear space, full of warmth, humour and moments of inspiration, truly ‘pressing pause’ on the daily demands on our time and attention.
Our sessions through this year were a delight: maybe this is the ideal pre-Christmas gift to yourself.
